• "Services" includes auction participation, private sales, and valuation services
• "User" means any person accessing our services
• "Content" includes all materials, artworks, and information provided

2. Auction Participation

By participating in our auctions, you agree to:

• Register with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Honor all successful bids with payment within 7 business days
• Accept the buyer's premium of 20% on hammer price
• Comply with all auction house rules and procedures

3. Consignment Terms

Consigning artwork to auction requires:

• Proof of ownership and clear title
• Accurate description and provenance information
• Agreement to reserve prices (if applicable)
• Payment of seller's commission as agreed
• Acceptance of auction house decisions on lot inclusion

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" with the following understanding:

• Catalog descriptions represent our opinion but are not guaranteed
• Condition reports available upon request but not comprehensive
• Authentication based on available information at time of sale
• Buyers responsible for own due diligence
• No guarantee of specific results or outcomes

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary, and finally through Singapore courts if required.
